DAY 1 Arusha – Katavi National Park
You will be picked up from your hotel and transferred to Dar es Salaam or Arush arrival at Katavi National park you will check in to your lodge or settle into your camp which is a tranquil retreat amidst of the wild surroundings. After your first lunch you will take your time to relax and soak in the serene environment. In the evening you will have your first adventure into the park immersing yourself in the pristine landscapes and encountering wildlife in their natural habitat. You will then return to your lodge or camp in time to enjoy a stunning sunset and a hearty dinner under the starlit sky then overnight.

DAY 2: Full-Day Exploration of Katavi
The day begins with an early breakfast then a journey into the heart of the park. This is the ideal time to witness the park’s bustling activity as wildlife gathers near rivers and open plains. An early-afternoon, enjoy a bush lunch/ lunch boxes before continuing your exploration. Spend the afternoon discovering the park’s less-trodden paths and diverse ecosystems. Return to camp for an evening of storytelling around a campfire dinner and overnight.

DAY 3 Wilderness Experience Katavi
After a leisurely breakfast, head out to explore another side of Katavi national park, this day offers an opportunity to delve deeper into the park’s hidden spots, from its vast floodplains to dense woodlands. You will be stopping for a picnic lunch in a scenic spot before continuing your adventure. The evening allows for quiet reflection and relaxation back at the lodge or camp, with a delicious dinner rounding off the day.

DAY 4 Katavi National Park – Arusha / Dar es Salaam
This being your last day in the park you will wake up to the sounds of the wilderness and enjoy a final morning drive in the park. You will be capturing a few last glimpses of the remarkable landscapes and wildlife before stropping for brunch. After brunch, prepare for your departure to Dar es Salaam or Arusha , leaving Katavi with unforgettable memories and a deep connection to its untamed beauty.
