Day 1: Arrival At Entebbe International Airport
On your arrival, you will be welcomed by the company guide, who will transfer you to your respective hotel in Kampala or Entebbe you will then check-inn at your lodge to relax for the evening as you prepare for a transfer the next day. In case your arrival time is early enough, you can opt for a city walk around Entebbe or Kampala Capital City.
Day 2: Transfer To Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Have breakfast early in the morning, and after the guide will pick you from your hotel to start your transfer to Bwindi impenetrable national park. The drive to Bwindi Gorilla Park is long but rewarding with panoramic views of the green vegetation and traditional homesteads. You will have a stopover at the equator for craft shopping and lunch will be in Mbarara then continue to the gorilla trekking safari park of Bwindi reaching the park headquarters late in the evening. You will check in at your lodge.
Day 3: Do Gorilla Trekking In The Park
Morning a cup of coffee and track for the mountain gorillas in the jungle forest of Bwindi. Gorilla trekkers will take the most exciting and memorable activity of trekking the Mountain gorillas in the thick jungle. The time spent trekking depends on the movement of these gorillas, it’s about 2 to 8 hours. Before you start the trekking you should expect to hike for a long distance under muddy and steep conditions before seeing the great apes in the Jungle. The gorilla trekking experience obviously rewarding as you sit play and talk to them. To protect the gorillas and visitors, no one with communicable diseases such as diarrhea is allowed to visit the gorillas. After trekking you will return to your lodge.
Day 4: Transfer To Queen Elizabeth National Park
Have morning breakfast at your lodge, then after you will start your transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park via the Ishasha sector where you will be able to enjoy the tree-climbing lions. On arrival at the park, you will enjoy an evening game drive where you will be able to view many animals including the kobs, antelopes, buffalos, lions, elephants, birds and many more. You will later check in at your lodge for an overnight.
Day 5: Chimpanzee Trekking & Boat Cruise
You will wake up early in the morning for breakfast and, after words proceed for chimpanzee trekking at Kyambura gorge, you will enjoy these primates for over 2 to 3 hours. There are also many other animals in the gorge like monkeys, birds, baboons and so on. After the trek, return to the lodge for lunch as you prepare for a boat cruise on Kazinga channel where you will have a chance to see many animals including crocodiles, hippos, birds, buffalos among others.
Day 6: Departure
The last day have your breakfast at the lodge and after start you transfer back to Kampala, arriving early enough in Kampala to be transferred to Entebbe International airport to catch your departure flight.
