10 Days Safari Kenya | Tanzania Circuit

Kenya and Tanzania are East Africa’s top tourist destinations. Both Countries are well known worldwide for wildebeest migration which takes place in July/August yearly, and also a free-standing Mountain, which is the highest mountain in Africa Mt Kilimanjaro. On this safari, you will explore the best parts of two Countries that make them unique when it comes to wildlife and tourist destinations. In Kenya, you will visit Masai Mara game reserve, the Kenyan’s top tourist destination where you will see the ‘Big Five’ plus many other animals and bird species. You will also enjoy activities such as visiting Maasai Village and evening game drives, bird watchers, and balloon safaris. In Tanzania, you will explore Serengeti Tanzania’s largest National Park then Ngoro Ngoro Crater often referred to as Africa’s Eden.

Day 1 Nairobi | Lake Nakuru National Park
Pick up from your Nairobi hotel after breakfast or up on your arrival at (JKIA) airport early in the morning and depart Nairobi for Lake Nakuru National Park. You will drive through the Great Rift Valley viewing scenery escarpment en-route. You will arrive with a short game drive as you proceeding to your lodge for check inn and have lunch. Later afternoon game drive across the Pink Lake often referred so due to its Great masses of Flamingos but due to high water level and change of climate only few an been seen, not forgetting the famous white Rhino and black rhino found in this park. You will drive back for your dinner and overnight

Day 2 Lake Nakuru National park | Masai Mara Game Reserve
Early morning breakfast after breakfast leave Lake Nakuru National park for Masai Mara Game Reserves. You will pass through famous Masai town Narok then proceeding to Masai Mara, arriving in time for late lunch. Check inn and have your lunch. You will have evening game drive through the park in search for the Lion, Cheetah, Elephant, Buffalo and other members of the Big five plus other animals. Drive back to the lodge for your Dinner and overnight

Day 3 Masai Mara Game Reserves
Early morning you will have breakfast, after breakfast full day spent in the park with packed lunch in search of its popular residents like the well-known predators and their opponents like the Zebra, Wildebeest, Giraffe, Hippo and the dangerous Crocodiles with a visit to Mara river. You will drive back to the lodge for your dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Masai Mara Game Reserve | Serengeti National Park
Early morning breakfast at the lodge and check out with packed lunch and drive to Isebania border Tanzania | Kenya border. You are expected to arrive at the border at around 11:30am. At the border, processing of Visa and crossing to Tanzania can take about 45 minutes, you will change the driver and the vehicle afterwards proceeds to Serengeti. You will be with a Tanzanian driver guide, arriving in Serengeti with game en-route as you drive to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 5 Serengeti National Park
Early morning breakfast at your lodge and after breakfast check out with packed lunch for a full day game. Serengeti is the finest National Park in the whole of Tanzania. All year round large herds of buffaloes, smaller herds of elephant plus giraffes, in addition to millions of antelopes including elands, topi, impalas, hartebeests as well as the Grant’s gazelles. If you are lucky you will be able to easily see the 3 big cats. Lions can be seen often enjoying a kill or resting. Also, in the southeastern plains, you will be able to see Cheetahs; the elusive leopards may be seen resting on the giant trees on the banks of River, after game drive later dinner and overnight.

Day 6 Serengeti National Park | Ngoro-Ngoro Crater
Early morning breakfast, after breakfast you will proceed to Ngoro-Ngoro Crater. Ngoro-Ngoro Crater is a huge volcanic caldera that hosts a great impressive ecosystem ideal for the survival and preservation of a large diversity of animals, ranging from the lions to the uncommon horned large rhinos. The crater itself is 600m deep to the bottom while the crater floor, is 20km in diameter filled with a diversity of wildlife, ponds plus pools. Ngoro-Ngoro Crater is a world heritage site and is commonly referred to as the 8th wonder of the world. You will have your picnic lunch and then continue with game drive as you ascend to the lodge for your dinner and overnight.

Day 7 Ngoro-Ngoro Crater | Lake Manyara National Park
Early morning breakfast and after breakfast drive to Lake Manyara. You will arrive early time for lunch and check inn at your lodge. Later in the afternoon you will go for a game drive in Lake Manyara National Park which has a big number of elephants, many giraffes; zebras, wildebeest, impala, waterbuck, and warthog, Kik’s dik dik as well as Klipspringer along the ramps of the escarpment. Leopards are hosted within the broken forests and escarpment, healthy lions that are widely known for their tree climbing pranks. This used to be a special character of the park which is not the case today. Regarded as Africa’s largest, huge herds of baboons are expected by most of the travelers you will drive back for your dinner and overnight

Day 8 Lake Manyara National Park | Amboseli National Park Kenya
Early morning breakfast and after breakfast proceed to Namanga border. You will arrive around 11:30am. The processing of Visa and crossing into Kenya will take about 45 minutes. After that proceed to Amboseli National park which is famous for its scenery with a backdrop of snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro, which dominates the landscape, and open plains, arriving in time for late lunch with short game on your way to the lodge. You will check-in and have your lunch and a short rest. Later afternoon game drive at the park later drive back for your Dinner and overnight.

Day 9 Amboseli National park 
This will be a full day with two game drives that means morning and afternoon game drive or you can decide to take lunch boxes and have the whole drive game drive. You’ll have a great chance to see and photograph Mount Kilimanjaro if there is a clear the view of blue sky. You will drive back for your dinner and overnight.

Day 10 Amboseli National park | Nairobi
Early morning short game drive, come back for full breakfast and later drive to Nairobi. You will be arriving in the afternoon you can be dropped off at your respective hotel or Airport which will mark the end of the trip.
