Day 1 Entebbe / Kampala city to Bwindi National Park
Depart from your hotel after an early morning breakfast around 07:15Am and drive to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National park which will take about 8 to 9 hours drive with stopover for lunch and crossing over the Equator in Kayabwe taking picture to remember your trip as you stretch your legs and Mbarara to for lunch. You will continue driving through the scenic landscapes passing through Kabale or Kisoro town arriving to your lodge in Bwindi in the evening check in and have your dinner and overnight.
Day 2 Bwindi Impenetrable forest National Park
Early morning breakfast, then depart and drive to the park headquarter for a briefing on the gorilla trekking rules and assignment of gorilla families. Thereafter start the trek which can take the half or full day depending on the location of the gorilla family as you enjoy the forest and the wildlife. Once gorillas are located you can spend up to one hour to observing them after which you will receive your Gorilla trekking certificate as a souvenir for a successful gorilla trek. You will then drive back to your lodge. your might take a community walk to visit local community and learn from them their daily life. This is optional otherwise you may choose to stay at the Lodge to relax and the gorilla trekking.
Day 3 Bwindi to Entebbe / Kampala
After morning breakfast your will depart for Kampala / Entebbe you will have some stop over and visit Lake Bunyonyi for boat ride when time allows, have lunch at Mbarara or where you will find convenient as the your guide will recommend to you, continue driving to the city or to Entebbe for your flight arriving in the evening.
